Tento program jsem zatim moc nezkousel prave jsem na nej narazil a jen zkusil estli funguje a zobrazi realne udaje.
A funguje jak se zda paradne (zkousel jsem Twetmondo zobrazeni twettu z twitteru, flick obrazky a wikitude info)

[spoiler]Layar is a free application on your mobile phone which shows what is around you by displaying real time digital information on top of reality through the camera of your mobile phone.

Layar is a global application, available for the T-Mobile G1, HTC Magic and other Android phones in all Android Markets. It also comes pre-installed on the Samsung Galaxy in the Netherlands.

How do you use Layar? By holding the phone in front of you like a camera, information is displayed on top of the camera display view.

For all points of interest which are displayed on the screen, information is shown at the bottom of the screen.

What do you see in the screen?

On top of the camera image (displaying reality) Layar adds content layers. Layers are the equivalent of webpages in normal browsers. Just like there are thousands of websites there will be thousands of layers. One can easily switch between layers by selecting another via the menu button, pressing the logobar or by swiping your finger across the screen.

Layar has some cool features which include:

The Layar Reality Browser displays real time digital information on top of reality in the camera screen of the mobile phone. While looking through the phone's camera lens, a user can see houses for sale, popular bars and shops, tourist information of the area, play a live game, etcetera.

Nutno doplnit že je to browser pro podporu prodeje realit, čili domů. Zatim příliš omezený využití augmented reality, ale aspoň nějaký.

No umi to i zobrazovat pozice twitteru, fotky z flickeru (AR foto) info o nistech (Hotely nemocnice restaurace) z wiki.
Ale pravda v CR moc bodu / udaju nenaleznete....

Programátoři vybavili nejnovější Reality Browser (Layar3D) o schopnost vykreslovat 3D objekty ... a ihned také zpřístupnili několik demo videí kde ukazují jak to prakticky může fungovat. Dema nejsou samozřejmě vytvářena pro maximální učelnost, jde především o ukázku že technologie funguje.

ramon.dexter: Myslíš že to "Reality Browser" v názvu znamená opravdu v původním významu "Prohlížeč nemovitostí"? Není to spíš braný jako "Prohlížeč reality" ?

JFK: ten muj přechozí příspěvek je kapánek mimo, vycházel jsem ze starých informací. Ten Layar je opravdu hodně zajímavej projekt.
